Well, I finally got offa my butt and did it: After nearly 3 years of cringing at my first forray into CATS costuming, which was decent to expect from my skills at the time, but having learned more in the time since, I finally decided to have another go at the boufy red lady. Started in Summer 2001 and completed over a *cough* mildly rushed 4 weeks (I wanted it ready for when Mayonessa, who IS the Demeter to my Bombalurina, came to visit), and has been tweaked and added to for a year since, and proved to be yet another learning process unto itself once more, fun and frustration alike along the way. This costume has certainly gotten the most use/exposure of any I've made (for myself in any case) thus far :)
